Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products.
Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
Excellent customer‑service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:
Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
New York: $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
Washington, DC: $28.80 - $36.50
