Crossover
Real Estate Operations Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote) - $100,000/year USD
Crossover, Piedmont, South Dakota, United States, 57769
Crossover Job Code: LJ-5698-US-COUNTRY-RealEstateOper1.003
Base pay range $50.00/hr - $50.00/hr
If you are the individual who resolves disorder before it reaches critical deadlines, maintains stakeholder awareness proactively, and finds satisfaction in being the foundation of operational reliability, this opportunity is for you. This position controls the real estate workflow following LOI execution: from finalizing essential documentation to managing inspections, landlord communication, internal transitions, and executive property visits.
Your function is not administrative support. Your function is ensuring zero task failures, zero timeline slippage, and complete resource availability to convert vacant facilities into fully functioning schools — punctually.
You will be entering
2 Hour Learning , a rapidly expanding education organization founded on a transformative principle: students achieve greater learning outcomes in two concentrated hours than within a conventional eight-hour academic schedule. As our school network expands nationally, you will serve as the operational driver behind each launch — empowering the real estate function to prioritize growth while you deliver flawless execution through completion.
If you possess the capability to transform disorganization into structured coordination, we are interested in speaking with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing post-LOI landlord engagement: collecting documentation, arranging inspections, establishing access procedures, and maintaining consistent follow-through — with complete accountability.
Directing internal workflows among Operations, Treasury, and Legal teams — delivering precisely what each function requires for timely execution.
Maintaining live document repositories, organized file structures, and transaction status visibility — ensuring all parties reference one unified, up-to-date information source.
Organizing executive property visit logistics: synchronizing flights, ground transportation, itineraries, and site preparation to optimize each visit's value.
Executing internal real estate gatherings and school openings — confirming venues, entry protocols, resource availability, and participant coordination are secured and operational.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Pursuing progress reports — you will control the tracking system and establish transparency immediately.
Awaiting instruction on subsequent actions — this position demands independent operators who anticipate needs proactively.
Producing presentation materials or shaping real estate strategy — your domain is operational delivery, not marketing collateral or transaction structuring.
Overseeing lengthy closing cycles — your scope covers everything following LOI execution, not preceding it.
Micromanaging collaborators — you will demonstrate the interpersonal intelligence to navigate conflict, assert boundaries appropriately, and maintain alignment without requiring intervention.
Real Estate Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities Guarantee that all operational, legal, and coordination requirements between LOI signature and lease finalization are executed promptly, precisely, and without requiring correction, facilitating accelerated property integration and school launch timelines.
Basic Requirements
3+ years of experience managing complex, sequential logistics within high-velocity operational settings
Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation including LOIs, redlines, COIs, or lease provisions
Verified capability to build and sustain organized digital filing architectures with transparent structure and version management
Effective written communication abilities — particularly for professional correspondence and stakeholder reporting
Confirmed ownership of cross-departmental initiatives requiring coordination of multiple contributors and outputs
Track record of streamlining or standardizing repetitive processes through foundational tools or system design
Competent with platforms such as Google Drive, collaborative tracking systems, scheduling tools, and communication applications
Available to travel up to 50% when required
Based in the U.S. and authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship
