Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented

Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator

to support daily operations by managing customer inquiries, coordinating service schedules, and assisting with basic accounting and administrative tasks. This role serves as a central point of communication between customers, field staff, and internal teams, ensuring timely service delivery and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Dispatch

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer calls, emails, and service requests

Schedule, dispatch, and coordinate technicians/drivers based on priority, availability, and location

Monitor service progress and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers

Resolve customer issues professionally and elevate when necessary

Maintain accurate service records, logs, and dispatch schedules

Administrative & Accounting Support (Preferred)

Assist with basic invoicing, billing, and payment tracking

Enter service tickets, time logs, and expenses into accounting or ERP systems

Reconcile service records with invoices and work orders

Support accounts receivable and payable processes as needed

Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or GED

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment

Basic computer skills (email, data entry, scheduling systems)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

Previous experience in dispatch, customer service, or call center roles

Exposure to basic accounting, bookkeeping, or invoicing tasks

Familiarity with accounting software and dispatch systems preferred

Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial documentation

Accuracy with data entry and records

Work Environment

Office‑based

Frequent interaction with customers and field staff

Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on operational needs
