commissions-based

role; the range above is an average of what we see in the first year.

Key Responsibilities

Develop personalized financial plans that address client needs, including wealth management, retirement planning, risk management, and estate planning.

Educate clients on financial solutions such as insurance, investments, and advisory services.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships through regular communication and service.

Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities.

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver comprehensive financial strategies.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mindset.

Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to manage your own practice and time effectively.

Self‑motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous learning.

Sales or client‑facing experience is a plus.
