This roll will have full oversight into all companies accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and payroll. Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements, in compliance with accounting standards like GAAP.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing budgets and creating financial forecasts to project future revenues and expenses.
Oversight of Accounting Processes: Supervising the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Internal Controls: Developing and implementing internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting and prevent fraud.
Auditing: Coordinating with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with policies.
Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with tax laws and other relevant regulations.
Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
