Call Center Debt Collector
Location: Andover, MA (80 Minuteman Road). Roles fully onsite for the first 90 days.
Salary: $19.25-$21.00 per hour, weekly pay, monthly bonuses, uncapped bonus potential.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 7 PM.

Responsibilities
Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies and repayment options.
Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status in the computer system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Comply with company policies, FDCPA, and state consumer protection laws.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Above‑average administrative and phone skills.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Well‑organized, results‑driven, effective decision‑making.
Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
Basic math and computer skills; ability to complete assessments.
Proficiency in at least one common language for verbal and written communication.
Ability to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device.
Commit to a 40‑hour flexible workweek schedule.
Read and comprehend position‑specific documents and correspondence.
Physical Qualifications
Lift five pounds or greater.
Sit 90% of the workday at times.
Bend at the waist and be mobile when needed.
Concentrate and use critical thinking.
