As a Finance Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in managing financial operations and providing strategic insights to drive business performance. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will report directly to our Finance Director and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact financial decision‑making by analyzing trends, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance profitability and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Responsibilities
Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
