One of the Chicago area's leading commercial general contractors is looking for an experienced Superintendent to join their growing team. This is a builder known for doing things the right way – safely, efficiently, and with pride in the finished product.
What You'll Do
Lead all field operations for ground-up commercial construction projects – ensuring safety, schedule, and quality stay on track.
Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and owners to maintain communication and momentum from mobilization through closeout.
Oversee daily site activities, conduct safety meetings, manage inspections, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the schedule.
Serve as the face of the company in the field – ensuring every project reflects their reputation for integrity and craftsmanship.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
Strong background in scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
Proven ability to lead with accountability and communicate clearly across all levels.
OSHA 30 and strong safety track record required.
Ability to travel locally or regionally depending on project locations.
