Lead Planner Scheduler (Energy Infrastructure Projects)
Join an experienced Lead Planner Scheduler role within the Project Scheduling Team of a leading energy organization in Juno Beach, Florida. This position supports large‑scale energy infrastructure projects including wind, solar, energy storage, transmission lines, substations, pipelines, and combined cycle facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of schedulers supporting engineering and construction projects.
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
Establish and manage baseline schedules and monitor progress against approved plans.
Prepare and present monthly schedule reports comparing baseline versus actual progress.
Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis.
Conduct resource loading, cost loading, and manpower analysis.
Evaluate schedule impacts, risks, and variances; support recovery plan development.
Lead schedule review meetings with cross‑functional project stakeholders.
Coordinate scheduling inputs from engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Clearly communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on experience with Primavera P6 scheduling.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience leading scheduling teams on complex infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience reporting schedule performance and variances to senior leadership.
