Job Details We are seeking a full-time Litigation Attorney to join our team and handle a diverse caseload across real estate, contested probate, small claims, and business litigation.
Responsibilities
Manage an active litigation caseload including legal research, drafting pleadings, meeting deadlines, and preparing filings.
Meet with potential new clients, existing clients, paralegals, and internal staff to support case progress.
Assist with out-of-state matters when needed and collaborate closely with the lead attorney.
Support overall firm operations by contributing to case strategy and maintaining steady weekly billable output.
Qualifications
Prior civil litigation experience with the ability to independently handle pleadings, research, deadlines, and client interaction.
Bilingual Spanish preferred with interest or experience in real estate, probate, and business litigation.
Licensed in Arizona, with openness to supporting matters in additional states as needed.
