What you’ll do

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and digital cases.

Create and maintain case management records using a CRM.

Provide front‑line support to customers and partners.

Curate knowledge‑base articles to foster customer self‑help tools available online.

Recommend enhancements to Ericsson products and services that improve serviceability and operation.

Regularly provide feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the department’s policies and procedures.

Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Support the opt‑out model for company‑recognized holidays.

Compensation And Benefits

Salary range: $55,000.00–$75,000.00 (dependent on experience and qualifications).

Annual bonus opportunity tied to performance.

Competitive health benefits, including PPO, HSA, and medical coverage.

401(k) plan with a 4% company match and immediate vesting.

Paid time off: 15 days of vacation, 11 holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, 80 hours of sick time (pro‑rated).

Paid maternity and parental leave up to 16 and 6 weeks at 100% pay respectively.
