Shift Supervisor – CVS Health Join CVS Health as a Shift Supervisor and play a pivotal role in ensuring store operations run smoothly, delivering exceptional customer service and building consumer loyalty.

Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team. When a manager or Operations Supervisor is not present, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, oversees opening and closing procedures, and ensures that all store operations run smoothly to drive store execution and performance.

Responsibilities

Work effectively with store management and store crews.

Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.

Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.

Assist customers with their questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers.

Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Manage merchandise presentation: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.

Reset departments following POGs.

Qualifications

Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.

Advanced communication and supervision skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent store issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred but not required.

Pay Range $17.95 – $17.95 hourly.
