Extensive hands‑on plumbing experience and a deep understanding of the trade

Exceptional organization, planning manpower, schedules, and project needs efficiently

A safety‑first approach, enforcing protocols to protect workers and maintain compliance
Experience That Stands Out
10+ years of plumbing experience; journeyman or master certification preferred
Prior supervisory experience leading teams and overseeing field operations
Strong knowledge of local and national plumbing codes
Project management experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions
A track record of enforcing safety standards and delivering high‑quality work
What You’ll Do
Supervise Quality Inspectors, plumbers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high‑quality work
Plan manpower needs, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades
Inspect installations for code compliance, safety, and workmanship
Troubleshoot installation conflicts and keep projects running smoothly
Enforce job site safety protocols for all employees and subcontractors
Maintain accurate records of progress, inspections, and project adjustments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Proven ability to plan manpower, assign tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, including troubleshooting plumbing issues and resolving jobsite conflicts
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with teams, contractors, and clients
