We are seeking an experienced MTSS professional to lead the nationwide implementation of an AI-powered Multi-Tiered System of Support that enables students to achieve curriculum mastery at twice the conventional pace. This is an opportunity to bring transformative intervention technology to K-12 districts across the country.
As a stealth-mode startup, we need a seasoned MTSS leader with a proven track record of deploying and overseeing district-wide intervention systems. Although our platform leverages advanced AI rather than conventional frameworks, your expertise in MTSS workflows, regulatory compliance, and cross‑functional stakeholder engagement will be critical as districts adopt this higher‑impact methodology.
Our platform redefines student support delivery through intelligent automation that identifies learning gaps, administers precision interventions, and accelerates academic progress. Your background in educational leadership and systems implementation will be vital in guiding districts through the transition to this results‑driven model.
If you are a results‑oriented MTSS leader prepared to deploy evidence‑based interventions at scale using cutting‑edge technology, we are interested in speaking with you.
What You Will Be Doing
Developing and executing comprehensive district rollout strategies that maximize adoption rates of our MTSS platform
Facilitating high‑impact professional development sessions that equip educators with the confidence and enthusiasm to leverage our solution effectively
Tracking implementation milestones and interpreting student outcome data to confirm districts meet their performance objectives
Collaborating with district leadership to address obstacles and refine student support delivery
Conducting on‑site training workshops that establish trusted partnerships with critical stakeholders
What You Won’t Be Doing
Creating bespoke district‑specific solutions when our standardized, validated framework is the focus
Managing long‑term accounts after go‑live instead of concentrating on successful initial adoption
Spending time on routine administrative tasks rather than producing tangible student outcomes
Supporting only one district when your scope includes rollout across numerous school systems
RTI Coordinator Key Responsibilities Drive measurable gains in student achievement by ensuring districts deploy our AI‑powered MTSS framework successfully and realize quantifiable improvements in learning performance.
Basic Requirements
At least 2 years experience in MTSS/RTI program coordination or leadership roles (e.g., MTSS Coordinator, RTI Lead, Special Education Program Administrator)
Experience analyzing student performance data and providing actionable insights.
Located in the United States and willing to travel up to 30% for on‑site training
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
