Base Pay Range: $19.00/hr – $32.00/hr
Additional Compensation: Performance incentives, premiums up to $3.00/hr based on schedule, facility, season, or specific tasks.
Job Overview: Entertainment associates greet customers on the sales floor, provide assistance, recommend merchandise based on customer needs, move incoming merchandise to the sales floor, and maintain entertainment displays throughout the day.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
Recommend products based on customer preferences.
Move incoming merchandise to the sales floor.
Maintain and update displays.
