Commercial Roofing Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead the WTI project teams and ensure safe, high‑quality work on commercial, low‑sloping, and steep‑sloping roofing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct the daily onsite safety brief with the Sales Rep, customer, and WTI crew; inspect all surroundings, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns; and complete the Daily Hazard Analysis form.
Ensure all project communication occurs before any WTI project begins, including coordination with Sales Rep, WTI crew, the customer, and the WTI Supervisor.
Manage crew start and end times, production rates, and ensure availability of tools and materials for efficient, safe completion per scope or specification.
Complete end‑of‑day or end‑of‑project walk‑throughs to verify quality repairs, send before/after photos, and provide detailed daily status updates.
Maintain a professional appearance and customer interaction for all WTI Field Reps.
Order, track, and monitor inventory; conduct quarterly cycle counts and submit reports on time.
Review pricing accuracy for each field service project over $5,000 and submit projects over $20,000 to the WTI Supervisor before forwarding to the Sales Rep or customer.
Monitor and document performance of Field Resource Reps, take corrective actions, and consult with WTI Field Resource Supervisor and Human Resources as needed.
Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the WTI Supervisor or Regional Manager.
Qualifications
Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
Extensive knowledge of built‑up, EPDM, PVC, low‑slope roofing systems, as well as metal and steep‑sloped roofing systems and their repair methods.
Strong leadership, communication, and safety orientation.

Salary Range $55,000 – $68,000, based on qualifications and experience.
