Base pay range $15.00/hr – $15.00/hr
As an Operations Support Specialist in our Customer Service Department, you will:
Receive, check, stage, and enter incoming shipments into inventory promptly and accurately, preventing delays and inventory discrepancies.
Act as a liaison between Customer Service, Warehouse, and Shipping, assisting with returns and inventory‑related tasks.
Handle packing materials and animals, prepare outbound shipments, and support show preparation.
Respond to Customer Service help‑desk tickets by collaborating with the CS team to address product or order‑related questions.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic – reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical capability – able to lift heavy objects, navigate stairs, and operate a pallet jack.
Valid driver’s license; willingness to obtain a chauffeur’s license if needed.
Tech competency – comfortable with Google Workspace, Asana, and spreadsheets.
Excellent communication skills – clear and respectful in person, email, and chat.
Attention to detail – precise when checking shipments and updating inventory.
Team‑oriented attitude – willing to collaborate and pitch in under pressure.
Prioritization & safety – follow safety procedures while balancing company priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Special consideration is given to those with
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience working with live animals or perishable goods.
Knowledge of inventory systems or order fulfillment software.
Experience responding to customer service help‑desk tickets.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
