Opportunity

As Site Supervisor you will oversee a shift or entire site, manage day‑to‑day activities, ensure safety and productivity, train new hires, and maintain a team‑centric environment. This training role prepares you to run your own site as Capstone expands. Daily Responsibilities

Negotiate rates with carrier representatives. Operate the site with safety and efficiency as priorities. Write and balance daily bank deposits; create daily work logs and transmit to corporate. Audit daily labor and billing reports. Ensure customer needs are met daily. Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily. Enforce Capstone policies, work rules, and safety rules. Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure associate participation. Assist in managing site and departmental budget. Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements. Interview, hire, and train new associates. Supervise timely and accurate data entry for all services performed. Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing and payroll record administration according to Capstone SOPs. Qualifications

2 years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting. Proven experience providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and strong organization and prioritizing skills. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Problem‑solving and effective decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. Budget management; read and interpret P&L statements; prepare related management reports. Intermediate PC skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Physical Requirements

Stand for long periods. Safely operate material handling equipment as needed. Work in a warehouse environment on concrete flooring and varying temperatures. Lift up to 75 lbs. Education & Experience

Warehousing, logistics, supply chain or third‑party experience preferred. BS/BA degree or associate degree with equivalent experience is a plus but not required. Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Decision‑making, problem‑solving, prioritizing, and directing workforce in a dynamic warehouse environment. Proven track record in supervision of warehouse employees including hiring, training, and termination. Experience managing budgets and creating & maintaining management reports. Intermediate computer experience, ideally with Microsoft products. Benefits
