As a Team Leader, you will be an important part of a fast‑paced team that serves up the best burgers around and has a great time doing it! Serve our sizzling burgers to hungry customers Welcome the customer, take accurate orders, and manage payments using a cash register Keep restrooms, dining area, and kitchen clean and meeting safety and health standards Work with your team to keep guests happy and full, including packaging food and drinks, and maintaining health and safety standards Answer questions or resolve issues when needed Qualifications
You must be at least 16 years old You must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment with your team Physical Demands
Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds Manual dexterity related to pressing and grabbing Ability to communicate and read Frequent bending, kneeling, stooping and reaching Benefits and Perks
