Paid Digital Strategist
for a 2-month, fully remote contract engagement (40 hours per week). This consultant will step in quickly to own day-to-day paid digital strategy and execution, partnering closely with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a contract environment, taking immediate ownership, and balancing both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.

Paid Digital Strategist
is highly hands‑on and focused on driving lower‑funnel paid media performance across key client accounts.
Paid Digital Strategist Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end paid digital strategy and execution with a strong emphasis on lower‑funnel performance
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms
Monitor performance daily and translate insights into actionable optimizations
Lead testing strategies across creative, audience, bidding, and landing pages
Manage budgets, pacing, and performance reporting
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless execution
Communicate performance insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices
Paid Digital Strategist Qualifications
6+ years of experience in paid digital or performance marketing
Proven experience managing conversion‑focused, lower‑funnel campaigns
Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads and paid social platforms
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Ability to ramp quickly and operate effectively in a contract environment
Please note this will be a W2 contract and pay up to $115.00/hr. LaSalle Network contractors have the opportunity to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance.
