Responsibilities Are you not touching enough deals at your current F&I Manager role? At our store you will touch 60‑70 deals a month, sometimes more! We are looking for an experienced Automotive F&I Manager in a Fortune 125 company (NYSE: LAD) to help grow our business.
Qualifications
2+ years Dealership F&I Manager experience (required)
Strong Customer Service Focus (required)
Attention to detail and CIT (required)
Team player that works well with others (required)
Self‑motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals (required)
CDK experience (highly preferred)
Hyundai/Import experience (preferred)
Ready to have fun while making customers happy (required)
Pay The California pay range for this position is $100,000.00–200,000.00 annually. This is a performance‑driven position, eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location.
