Job Title: ServiceNow / AIOps Implementation Lead Location: Seattle, WA

Contract: W2 Contract

Rate: $62 /hr on W2

Note: 10+ years experience

We need strong profiles with proven implementation experience in AIOps.

Experience

8 to 12 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of an ITSM solution in medium to large organization

5 to 8 years experience in administration/implementation/configuration of ServiceNow in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution

Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Converting Business Requirements into Technical Solutions

Lead at least a couple of Implementation projects in different ServiceNow modules including Scoped applications and 1 complete Implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow

ServiceNow custom application design and development experience

Past work experience with industry leading providers of ITSM tools

Responsibilities

Responsible for handling a team of ServiceNow resources, providing necessary guidance for Implementation, Integration, Data transfer, Support and Development including enhancement requests

Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.

Good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform while making informed recommendations to process users.

Applies innovative technology to business processes in order to develop new solutions and troubleshoot issues

Consults with business analyst/Process Leaders to develop appropriate technical solutions in ServiceNow

Follows up on outstanding development needs and provides timely status reports to the project manager

Advises on options, risk and impacts on business/ITIL processes

Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Provide architectural and design inputs in the ServiceNow implementation work domain separated instance in Agile/Scrum SDLC process

Work with Platform Owner to create Shared Support ServiceNow roadmap

Review requirements/stories and build solution specifications

Develop and maintain Platform best practices and standards

Ensure adherence to Platform best practices and standards

Plan platform upgrades along with other stakeholders

Act as ServiceNow L3 expert for platform incidents and defects

Plan, design and architect ServiceNow integrations

Provide technical direction and training to Platform team

Skills Overview

ServiceNow platform implementation, development, support, enhancement

ServiceNow Discovery Configuration, Run Book Automation preferred

Strong customer service and excellent verbal/written communication

Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills

Understand full ITSM application lifecycle
