Division Overview Crown’s Beverage Division manufactures a variety of packaging solutions for soft drinks, craft beers, coffees, teas, and new energy drinks. Our aluminum cans provide a wide range of sizes, shapes, and decorating options, redefining how the world views beverage cans.
Responsibilities
Accurately complete daily work orders and Pre-Job Checklists.
Maintain a clean work area and perform other assigned duties in a timely manner.
Maintain and repair various industrial equipment.
Maintain hydraulics, pneumatics, air compressors, and air dryers.
Perform welding, machining, and some fabrication.
Execute pipefitting and general millwrighting throughout the facility.
Comply with requests from department manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2‑5 years industrial maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Experience aligning machinery.
Prior experience with milling machines, lathes, welders, and other shop equipment.
Ability to set up, tear down, and rebuild machinery and equipment according to blueprints and schematics.
Proficiency using all sizes of air impact and electric wrenches, pipe fitting tools, and equipment.
Excellent written, oral communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
Experience with OSHA safety practices.
Follow LOTO procedures without fail.
Works well with others.
