AI Communication Library Development Engineer
Job Description:
Develop parallel communication libraries based on chip architecture, creating high-performance device communication acceleration libraries for next-generation low-latency, high-bandwidth interconnect hardware.
Research advanced communication technologies including InfiniBand, RDMA, CXL, and UEC.
Participate in the design of AI chip interconnect architecture to enable efficient distributed communication.
Qualifications:
Proficient in C/C++ with solid programming foundation and good coding style/work habits.
Experience in collective communication algorithm development, network programming, and RDMA programming.
Strong teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to proactively complete tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in parallel programming and performance optimization with CUDA, OpenMPI, or NCCL.
Knowledge of computer architecture and instruction pipelining, with pipeline optimization experience.
Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $300,000.00/yr
