Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Med Tech role based in Sanford, FL. The Med Tech will be responsible for administering medications, assisting with patient care, monitoring residents’ health, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with medication protocols. The role also involves collaboration with the care team to promote a safe and healthy environment for all residents.
Qualifications
Proficiency in assistance with self‑administration of medications to ensure safe and effective medication management
Hands‑on Patient Care skills with a compassionate and attentive approach
Ability to follow established healthcare protocols and a commitment to maintaining patient safety and confidentiality
Active state certification as a Medication Technician
Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus
Detail‑oriented and excellent organizational skills
