Lead by example and serve as a role model for the standards and behaviors to ensure efficient property maintenance operations. Dedicate time to hiring, developing, and providing on‑job and classroom education opportunities to technicians and community care associates. Show care and concern for our residents through timely follow‑up and meticulous completion of their apartment service tickets. Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair. Manage the make‑ready and apartment turnover process with attention to detail and timeliness so apartments can be leased and new residents can move in. Preserve the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance. Maintain peak efficiency operation levels for all property components. Adhere to applicable building, county, and safety codes/standards while running an accident‑free operation. Reinforce monthly staffing schedules, ensuring 24/7 emergency coverage. Qualifications
EPA certification Type II or Universal is required. Valid Driver's License is required. Considerable experience troubleshooting HVAC. Compensation & Benefits
