What You’ll Do

Unleash your networking skills and secure exciting new business opportunities.

Build and nurture strong, long‑lasting relationships with clients while identifying ways to serve them even better.

Be a trusted advisor, delivering valuable market insights and helping clients make informed decisions.

Collaborate with other divisions to identify cross‑sell opportunities and expand our offerings.

Lead Transactions with Precision

Own the process by gathering and coordinating all materials necessary for seamless transactions.

Craft proposals, term sheets, and amendments that get deals over the finish line.

Ensure all transactions are in perfect alignment with company policies and industry regulations.

Champion Sales Strategy & Team Development

Help shape the future of our brokerage division by supporting the Market Leader in defining strategy and goals.

Lead by example, setting the tone for excellence and innovation in everything we do.

Guide, mentor, and develop talent—fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team.

Play an active role in recruiting top‑tier professionals to join our ranks and elevate our team to new heights.

What You Bring To The Table

A bachelor’s degree and a Real Estate license.

At least 5 years of experience in real estate brokerage.

Stellar interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

A deep understanding of market trends, financial analysis, and contract law.

Proficiency in CRM tools, market analytics software, and MS Office Suite.
