Duties and Responsibilities
Complete daily inventory activities, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and inventory levels.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
Receive and process inbound shipments.
Operate forklift equipment as required.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with other departments to address inventory‑related issues and improve accuracy.
Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
Replenish pick areas from backstock to ensure sufficient stock levels for order fulfillment.
Operate forklift and other material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform physical tasks related to inventory such as moving, sorting, and organizing stock.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to facilitate efficient inventory management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous inventory control experience is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Forklift experience – safely operating forklift equipment and other material‑handling devices.
Warehouse systems – proficient in basic warehouse management systems for tracking, counting, and moving inventory.
1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control work required.
Must pass background and drug screening for hire and throughout employment.
