Physical Therapist
Location: Whitney, TX.
Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and revise plan of care in consultation with physician and other careteam members.
Provide therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable.
Participate in clinical conferences and in-service programs.
Conduct onsite supervisory visits of physical therapy assistants.
Advise and consult with families and other agency personnel as applicable.
Prepare clinical and progress notes.
Protect and honor patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy.
Evaluate outcomes of care.
Plan for discharge.
Qualifications and Skills
Current Texas PT License.
Current Certification in BSL/CPR.
Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance.
Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
