Responsibilities As a Guest Services Aide, you will provide non‑nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Cardinal Grove Assisted Living by answering call lights, attending to non‑nursing needs, ensuring rooms are clean and sanitized, changing linens, distributing meals, and assisting clinical staff. Residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to receive unparalleled care.
Qualifications • One (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable.
