This role extends beyond traditional teaching—you will serve as a facilitator and coach for Kindergarten through 2nd‑grade students, guiding them to explore their educational journeys with curiosity and determination. Our approach at Alpha challenges conventional educational models through a 2‑Hour Learning program, which incorporates AI‑powered adaptive technology to deliver individualized instruction. Students interact with advanced software while receiving critical in‑person support for reading and writing development, guided by professionals trained in evidence‑based educational methods.
