Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency – 36 Hours, Night Shift

Job Description
Beverly Hospital, located 35 miles northeast of Boston, hosts a Level III Trauma Center, Gold Stroke Certified, and Emergent Percutaneous Cardiac Intervention Center. The emergency department is staffed 24/7 by Emergency Medicine Board Certified Physicians and Mid‑Level Clinicians, plus a Children’s Hospital Emergency Physician during prime hours.
Key departmental features:
33 private exam rooms within 3 zones: 2 major trauma rooms, 6 negative pressure rooms, pediatric rooms, fast‑track, and a 10‑bed secured behavioral health area.
Care for cardiac, pediatric, OBGYN, orthopedic, and respiratory emergencies.
Security is stationed in the ED waiting area.
A 3‑room triage staffed 24/7 by a nurse and medical provider during prime hours, enabling rapid interventions and vertical flow.
Triage nurses assign acuity level based on ESI.
Ancillary staff: ED Technicians, Administrative Associates, Mental Health Technicians, and Security.
Support behavioral health emergencies with BILH Crisis Screeners and Recovery Coach supports.

Requirements
Emergency nursing experience strongly preferred.
MA RN license, BLS, ACLS required; PALS and TNCC can be obtained after hire.
Telemetry experience preferred.
BSN preferred.
Pay Range
$36.00 – $79.12 per hour (based on collective bargaining agreement).
Flu vaccination is required as a condition of employment.
