Schedule Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay Rate $17.50 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Transport program patients for admission and discharge, medical and other community appointments. This is the primary responsibility, approximately 75% of work time.

Maintain cleanliness and appearance of agency vans.

Provide motivational support to assist counselors in meeting therapeutic goals.

Support treatment plans by reporting client observations and support decisions concerning therapy, discipline and privilege (at a minimum twice per shift and subject to change depending on need).

Assist case manager/counselor with client activities by implementing scheduled and/or requested activities.

Work cooperatively with members of the nursing and medical staff to monitor clients' vital signs, observe urine drops, monitor self-administration of medications, monitor clients, and chart all pertinent data.

Perform room and facility checks, at varying intervals, to ensure client's comfort, safety, and well-being.

Qualifications

Transport/commercial driving.

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience in substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and/or community relations encouraged.

Driver's license and current insurance.

Must become certified as CPRS/CRSS within one year.
