3 12‑hour night shifts, 7 pm–7 am, weekly; holiday and weekend requirements. PALS required.

Pay Range:

$37.50 – $56.25

This position is sign‑on bonus eligible and qualifies for up to $10,000, provided the candidate meets eligibility requirements. In addition to the sign‑on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside the designated distance to the facility. Where You Will Work Our Pediatric ICU provides evidence‑based, family‑centered care for critically ill children, ages birth to 18 years, with very high acuity and complex needs. We specialize in advanced therapies, including ECMO and CRRT, to support patients with life‑threatening conditions. Our dedicated nursing team delivers exceptional care in partnership with families, ensuring safety, compassion, and excellence. We foster a collaborative culture focused on quality improvement, teamwork, and belonging—where every voice matters and every patient receives outstanding care.

We’re Looking For

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.

Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.

Minimum of 1 yr RN experience preferred.

Minimum of 1 yr pediatric and/or critical care experience preferred.

What You’ll Do

As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

Using evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
