Providence Home Services Oregon seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients in the home setting with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities. The role works Monday–Friday, full time, in Beaverton and Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities
Assist a physical therapist in developing and implementing patient treatment plans. Provide direct patient/client treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, and functional training. Conduct professional consultations with patients and families to maximize independence. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Support patients in achieving their functional goals under the PT’s supervision. Travel to patient homes and maintain mileage reimbursement records. Required Qualifications
Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy Assistant (BLS‑American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire. Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant license upon hire. Washington Physical Therapy Assistant license if practicing within that state. Benefits & Perks
