Base pay range $31.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Nurse Referral Bonus
Bonus for eligible cases: $500 for every 250 billable hours worked up to $2,500 (eligible employees must complete pre‑onboarding within 10 days of initial application, valid for first‑time employees only, on completion of all required documents).
Responsibilities
Medication administration per physician orders
Physician ordered treatments including:
Nutrition via patient feeding tube
Tracheostomy care
Suctioning (nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal)
Ventilation care
Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
Current, active Texas RN license
Current BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
G‑tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
