Full-Time, Night Shift (7p–7a, flexible) with holiday and weekend rotation (once every 6–8 weeks) Relocation Assistance:

The
Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)
for the Intermediate Cardiac Unit provides
clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level , supporting a high-performing team through mentorship, scheduling, performance management, and daily operational oversight. You may also be involved in staffing decisions based on unit needs.
This
24-bed unit
maintains a
4:1 patient ratio
and cares for pre- and post-cardiac procedural patients, including pacemakers, ablations, stent placement, Mitral clip, Watchman, TAVR, and patients on continuous BiPAP or Opti-flow support. The ANM fosters excellence in patient care, supports team engagement, and leads shared governance initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
BLS, ALS, and NIHSS
Sheath-pull experience preferred
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team engagement

What We\'re Looking For
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications, required.
Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to successfully complete Leader Education & Training.
