Join Tucson Rehabilitation Hospital as an RN House Supervisor for full‑time daytime shifts. You will earn a $2,500 sign‑on bonus and an additional $1,500 for CRRN certification.
Position Summary:
Oversees nursing staff, assesses patient needs, and provides direct nursing care. Plans and organizes training for unit staff, and participates in guidance and educational programs.
Pay:
Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.
Minimum Qualifications
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification is not acceptable).
CRRN certification or a written plan to obtain it when qualified.
Desired Qualifications
Inpatient rehabilitation experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
Detail‑oriented, capable of meeting strict time frames.
