RN Registered Nurse – Full‑Time Nights (Medical/Surgical)

Compensation:
$20,000 bonus opportunity, 12‑hour night shifts, new Clinical Career Ladder for full‑time employees
Overview We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on the night shift. As a 40‑bed critical care hospital, you will provide acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, including trauma, infectious disease, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, and ventilator weaning.

Responsibilities The RN develops, implements, evaluates, and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Healthcare. Responsibilities include direct patient care, delegation and supervision of nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, and development of clinical expertise per specialty.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Current, valid, and active RN license in the state of employment
Current BLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor
Current ACLS certification from a Vibra‑approved vendor required within six (6) months of hire
Additional Qualifications & Skills
Previous acute care experience strongly preferred
Professional image and strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills
Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in the job functions
Freedom from illegal use or effect of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
