Manufacturing Material Handler – Utility (3rd Shift) Shift hours – 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, Sunday to Thursday with some Friday nights.
Responsibilities
Able to operate both stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts.
Load and unload trucks as needed.
Band and/or wrap parts to pallets or racks.
Ensure part pallets, containers and racks are labeled properly and QA‑approved stamped before loading into truck.
Stage WIP parts into kitting rack; Stage WIP sheets into OLP racks; Stage WIP parts stackable racks into Repack.
Comply with all organization’s policies, SOPs and WIs; hold teammates accountable.
Continuously look for areas or processes to improve.
Serve all team members, listen to understand, resolve issues at the lowest level; escallate if assistance is needed.
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
3 months–1 year related manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of metric system, computer literate, able to operate a forklift, and able to read and write.
Previous forklift experience.
