Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist-Home and Community/Outpatient Focused
Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills‑based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands‑on experience toward licensure.
What You’ll Do
Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills‑based therapy
Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility
Meet productivity and documentation standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
Participate in individual and group clinical supervision
Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to learning
Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively
Openness to feedback and clinical growth
Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
