Case Manager – Foster Care
Salary:
$43,500 - $48,500

Responsibilities
Conduct home visits to ensure the safety and stability of children placed in foster homes.
Build relationships while using a strength‑based approach with families and children.
Partner with referring agencies, schools, community resources to serve the needs of families and children.
Effectively respond to crises.
Position Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree (if the degree is a Bachelor’s in Social Work, licensure is required).
Preferred Experience
3 years of supervised, paid casework experience.
1 year of supervised, paid casework experience at an LCPA or DCS.
1 year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work.
