How you'll make an impact

Setups that stick: Configure and set up a variety of production equipment to achieve consistent, high‑quality output.

Fix it fast, fix it right: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; perform preventative maintenance to prevent repeat failures.

Facility stewardship: Support maintenance of plant structures, electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.

Precision bench work: Machine and bench‑repair tools, dies, fixtures, jigs, gauges, and guarding to keep operations precise and safe.

Data to decisions: Own statistical process charting, interpretation, and trend analysis; make process/equipment adjustments to bring parts into specification.

All‑around support: Operate a forklift and assist with other tasks as needed; perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed

Intermediate diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Team‑oriented communicator with solid interpersonal skills.

Computer‑literate; comfortable working with SPC charts and basic software tools.

Forklift operation ability.

Fluent in English and the primary language used in your area/location.

Education & experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

1.5 years of technical experience applying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.

Physical & environmental conditions

Lift/carry frequently 5–25 lbs; occasionally 25–75 lbs; rarely > 75 lbs.

Stand and/or walk continuously for a full shift (8–12 hours).

Perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling, and/or reaching during a full shift (8–12 hours).

Use power/vibrating tools for extended periods (8–12 hours).

Operate motorized vehicles during the shift (8–12 hours).

Work in areas where hearing protection is required for the full shift (8–12 hours).
