Full‑time, 8‑hour day shift. Position located at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. Responsibilities
Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education to patients, caregivers, and the community. Communicate findings and lead patient care strategies, fostering positive relationships with interdisciplinary and intradepartmental staff. Collaborate with interdisciplinary and ancillary healthcare providers to ensure optimal continuity of care. Perform all duties under general supervision. Required Qualifications
Education that meets certification, license, or registration requirements. California Occupational Therapist License (will be requested upon hire). National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (required upon hire). Preferred Qualifications
OTAC membership (preferred upon hire). Experience delivering rehabilitation services in diverse settings. Benefits
