Responsibilities
We are seeking a Full‑time Outpatient Therapist with a focus on Mental Health and Dual Diagnosis treatment for adults. The role requires clinical assessment, treatment, discharge planning, and participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team at the Hampton Counseling Center.
Facilitate group therapy
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments
Manage a caseload of up to 12–15 clients
Coordinate care with family and external providers
Develop safety plans
Handle discharge planning
Maintain excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
Qualifications Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in individual, group, family, and marital therapy. Previous experience in clinical assessment, case management, and discharge planning is required. Strong writing and communication skills.
Licensed professional: LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW with at least 1 year of experience in a similar environment
Demonstrated ability to work with adults in outpatient settings
