Psychiatric Technician (Safety) - California Men's Colony
Under the direct supervision of the Unit Supervisor (US) or the Supervising Registered Nurse II (SRN II), the Psychiatric Technician is responsible for providing direction to Psychiatric Technicians, for maintaining the safety of persons and property, supervising the conduct of inmates, providing direction to other personnel who provide general psychiatric nursing care to inmates, and participating in the overall psychiatric treatment program.
Requirements (minimum qualifications):
Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the BVNPTE.
