is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Nurse Shift Manager
who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care during one of life's most transformative moments.
Plan and direct the overall nursing care provided on your assigned unit during each shift, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
Strategically assign patients to nursing staff based on patient acuity and employee skill level, ensuring appropriate and efficient care delivery.
Anticipate staffing needs and proactively adjust assignments to maintain adequate coverage and ensure patient safety.
Oversee the stocking of supplies and the updating of patient records, ensuring the nursing floor is fully prepared for seamless transitions between shifts.
Job Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
Two years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
Registered nurse with current California license.
Certification: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NRP required.
Associate's Degree in Nursing (e.g., ADN) required and actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field (e.g., BSN/BBA/BHA).
LA Fire Card required within 90 days of hire.
