Registered Nurse (RN) – Physical Medicine & Rehab Clinic Location:
East Building, 3rd Floor – La Crosse, WI Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8-hour day shifts between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (typically 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) | No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call FTE:
0.9 (72 hours per two weeks)

What You’ll Do
Assist providers with
Botox and ultrasound‑guided injections
Manage
intrathecal pump refills , pain agreements, and urine drug screens
Support patients with
traumatic brain injuries (TBI)
and complex care needs
Perform
phone triage
and EPIC in‑basket management
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced clinic setting
What You Need
Must Have:
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Active RN license in Wisconsin
BLS certification
Preferred:
Minimum 1 year RN experience
Strong communication, flexibility, and ability to multitask
Resilience and calm demeanor
What You’ll Get
