Minimum Education Formal two‑year radiologic technology training from an AMA approved school, meeting requirements for registry by the ARRT.

Preferred Education 4‑year degree.

Minimum Experience 2 years in an acute care setting.

Required Certification / Licensure

State License (if required)

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Certified Radiology Tech (CRT)

CPR‑Basic Life Support – American Heart Association
