Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years with QuickBooks Online (including QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money) or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
Proven customer support experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is required.
A strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
Ability to analyze complex challenges, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions.
Hybrid work requirement: Minimum two days in-office 4 hours per day and a dedicated high‑speed internet connection for remote work.
Responsibilities
Deliver expert support: Provide superior technical and consultative support for Mid‑Market QuickBooks users, troubleshooting and resolving complex software‑related issues via phone and chat with professionalism and reassurance. Apply prosperity principles to customer solutions.
Act as a customer champion: Voice the Mid‑Market customer’s success, partnering with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay feedback and advocate for product improvements.
Lead and innovate: Create high‑quality customer interactions that instill confidence; identify trends and opportunities within the Mid‑Market segment to pioneer a differentiated service model.
Empower customers: Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities—invoice, bookkeeping, account set‑up, payroll—fostering prosperity through effective platform use.
Maintain expertise: Stay current with all updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a trusted advisor.
Compensation Compensation includes a base salary range of $23.00 to $29.50 per hour (California), with eligibility for cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans. Intuit conducts regular pay comparisons across categories to promote fair pay.
